Welcome to e-AutoReports.com. By purchasing via AtexPay, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
e-AutoReports provides Private Digital Vehicle Visual Review Guidance (PDF) for EDUCATIONAL / INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY. Based on client-provided registration, photos, and publicly available info. We do NOT physically inspect vehicles. We are NOT affiliated with NCT, NCTS, Carfax, MotorCheck, or any government agency. This is NOT an official certificate. Use at your own risk for pre-purchase guidance.
2. Order Acceptance
When you pay via AtexPay (Card / Local Payment Methods via AtexPay Checkout), order processing starts immediately. Contract is formed at payment confirmation. You consent to immediate digital delivery and waive your 14-day EU right to cancel for digital content as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Due to instant digital nature: No cancellation after delivery starts. All sales final after PDF delivered. Refund only if: (a) Not delivered within 24H, (b) Duplicate payment, (c) Technical error from our side. If you provide wrong VIN/reg/email, no refund but 1 free correction within 24H if you notify us. Refunds if eligible will be sent to your original payment method via AtexPay within 3-7 business days. AtexPay transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide correct vehicle reg/link and email. You are responsible for your buying decision. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, as data is from third-party/public sources at time of search.
5. Limitation of Liability
Service provided “as is”. We are not liable for financial loss or bad purchase decision. Maximum liability limited to amount paid for report.
6. Disputes
For any billing issue, contact us first at contact@e-autoreports.com – we keep AtexPay payment ID, delivery proof and logs for fair resolution. For card payments via AtexPay, disputes will be handled as per AtexPay’s dispute resolution process.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports and content are property of e-AutoReports. Personal use only, no resale or distribution.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of Pakistan, with mandatory EU consumer protection rights for EU customers preserved. Contact: contact@e-autoreports.com

When you pay via Cryptomus (USDT TRC20/BEP20 or Card via Cryptomus on-ramp), order processing starts immediately. Contract is formed at payment confirmation. You consent to immediate digital delivery and waive your 14-day EU right to cancel for digital content as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Due to instant digital nature: No cancellation after delivery starts. All sales final after PDF delivered. Refund only if: (a) Not delivered within 24H, (b) Duplicate payment, (c) Technical error from our side. If you provide wrong VIN/reg/email, no refund but 1 free correction within 24H if you notify us. Refunds if eligible will be sent in USDT to your original wallet within 24H. Crypto transactions are irreversible on blockchain.
