Information We Collect When you place an order on Whop or on e-AutoReports.com, we collect: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number IP Address, Browser Details, Device Information, Location Data Vehicle Information, VIN, Vehicle URL submitted by you Payment Information (Processed securely by Whop and Stripe – we do not store your card details) Order Timestamp, Delivery Logs, Communication History 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Process and deliver your digital report Verify your identity and prevent fraud Provide customer support Improve our services Prevent fraudulent chargebacks and disputes 3. Strict Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Protection To protect our business from fraud, we log and store all technical evidence including IP address, device fingerprint, email, payment ID, and delivery confirmation. If you file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute, you hereby authorize us to share all your collected data, including personal information, IP address, and order details with Whop, Stripe, PayPal, and your card issuing bank as evidence to dispute and REJECT your chargeback claim. Filing a chargeback is considered a violation of this policy. 4. Data Sharing We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with: Whop Inc. – To process orders and deliver reports Stripe – To process payments and handle disputes Legal Authorities – If required by law for fraud investigation 5. Data Retention We retain all order and technical logs permanently for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and chargeback defense purposes. This is necessary due to the digital nature of our product. 6. Your Rights You can request access to your data by emailing us. However, due to fraud prevention and legal obligations, we cannot delete transaction and fraud-prevention logs even after you request deletion. 7. Cookies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track website activity, prevent fraud, and improve user experience. 8. When you order via AtexPay on e-AutoReports.com:

Name, Email Address
Vehicle Registration / VIN / Vehicle URL you provide, and car photos you provide
Technical: IP Address, Browser, Device info (for fraud prevention)
Payment Info: We do NOT store card details. Payments processed securely by AtexPay. We only store AtexPay Payment ID / Transaction ID and payment status for order verification and support.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and email your Private Digital Visual Guidance Report (Educational purpose only, NOT an NCT certificate)
To verify order and provide support
To improve our service
For legal compliance and fraud prevention if required

4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your data.
We share only with:

AtexPay – to process your payment, verify transaction and handle refunds/disputes as per their policy
Email provider (e.g., Gmail / Google Workspace) – to deliver report
Legal authorities only if required by law

5. International Transfer
You are in EU (Ireland) and we operate from Pakistan. By ordering, you consent to transfer of your data to Pakistan for processing and delivery of your report, as per GDPR Art. 49. Payment data is processed by AtexPay as per their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention
Order details and report delivery logs retained for 12 months for support and legal compliance, then deleted. Vehicle photos deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion earlier.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have right to access, correct, delete, or request copy of your data by emailing contact@e-autoreports.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have right to lodge complaint with Irish DPC.

We use essential cookies for website function and analytics to improve experience. No tracking for ads.
