We provide Private Digital Vehicle Visual Review Guidance (PDF) for Educational / Informational Purpose Only. This is NOT an NCT, MOT, Carfax, or any government certificate. Report is based on client-provided reg/photos and publicly available info.
Cancellation
Order processing starts immediately after payment via AtexPay. You can cancel anytime before delivery by emailing contact@e-autoreports.com
Once PDF is delivered, cancellation is not possible as per EU Directive for digital content.
By paying, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day EU right to cancel.
Refund Policy
Due to instant digital nature:
Full Refund if report not delivered within 24 hours.
Full Refund if duplicate payment or technical error from our side.
If you entered wrong VIN / reg / email / vehicle link – No refund, but we will provide 1 free correction within 24H if you notify us at contact@e-autoreports.com
No refund for change of mind after successful delivery.
All eligible refunds will be sent to your original payment method via AtexPay within 3-7 business days. AtexPay gateway fees are non-refundable as per their policy.
